charming, charming, charming
I stayed in Habitacion "Adelita," and the original ceiling from the 1800s really took my breath away. The breakfast experience was a highlight, enjoying a delicious spread while mingling with other guests. The staff goes above and beyond—special shoutout to Jorge for being so welcoming!
totally recommend 😊❤️

The tartines at local gems like Kaldi Cafe and El Hojaldre were game-changers! Plus, the staff, especially Daniela, brought that personal touch that made my stay even better. There's also something about sipping coffee in the charming courtyard that just hit right.
Now, the shower was a bit of a party crasher, clogged up and not working right, not to mention the surprise demolition in the lobby. Yet, I still left feeling hopeful for the Doroteo's potential. With a bit of TLC, this place could really shine!

outstanding location, beautiful building, unique room charm
Shower clogged, interior shutter hinges broken!!! Lights only partially worked, windows stuck open!!! Lobby demolition without notice left quite a mess. Water cut off unexpectedly—very inconvenient!!! Hotel needs better upkeep to live up to its boutique claim!!!

It was just a reliable pick for a break on a long journey in Chihuahua with fantastic value for money. The bed was surprisingly comfy, which helped me recharge for the next leg of my trip. Bring your own snacks since the breakfast isn’t anything special.

Charming decorations throughout the hotel pay homage to a bygone era, making each room unique. The warm hospitality from the staff, especially Jorge, enhances the overall feel of the place. However, the building shows signs of neglect, and the rooms could use better upkeep. Despite this, the breakfast featuring delicious eggs and chorizo stands out as a highlight. Although the location is superb with cafés and bakeries nearby, more attention to the property’s maintenance would elevate the experience significantly.
